These terms apply to your use of this website and to inquiries about dog daycare and boarding from Your Puppy, My Pad.

Inquiries are not reservations

Sending an inquiry through this website, the chat widget, phone, email or text does not reserve any dates. Services and availability are confirmed directly with us.

Meet and greet and records

A meet and greet is required before a dog's first stay. Current vaccination records are required.

Text messaging

You can opt in to text messages only through the chat widget on this website. By opting in, you authorize Your Puppy, My Pad to text or call the number you provide with messages about your inquiry, booking and care of your pet, and occasional promotional offers, possibly using automated means. The widget shows the full details. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the latest version.
